CentOS 7 Problems / owner / group 1000 1000

Hi,
I have installed CWP and created one user ...
Some time ago when I was creating domains and uploading files to folders, the files and folders were 1000 99 owner / group...
I recently noticed that the owner / group of the files and folders is now 1000 1000
Is this a problem?

I have the following row in the Daily Backup:
Daily MySQL Backup starting

warning: /var/tmp/rpm-tmp.2ENelu: Header V4 DSA/SHA1 Signature, key ID cd2efd2a: NOKEY
error: Failed dependencies:
perl(DBD::mysql) >= 1.0 is needed by percona-toolkit-2.2.16-1.noarch
....is it a problem and how to fix it?

mysqldump: Got error: 1142: "SELECT, LOCK TABLES command denied to user 'root'@'localhost' for table 'accounts'" when using LOCK TABLES
....is it a problem and how to fix it?

Hi,
Yesterday, I got a mail message from a root...
The message has a subject:
Cron <root@hosting> /usr/share/clamav/freshclam-sleep
and contains:
ERROR: Can't get information about database.clamav.net: Name or service not known
ERROR: getpatch: Can't download daily-24011.cdiff from database.clamav.net
ERROR: Can't download daily.cvd from database.clamav.net
what to do?
Today again, but the message contained only:
ERROR: getpatch: Can't download daily-24011.cdiff from database.clamav.net

For several days I received four messages with the following titles on a regular basis
lfd on hosting.mydom.com: Suspicious process running under user memcached
lfd on hosting.mydom.com: Suspicious process running under user redis
lfd on hosting.mydom.com: Excessive resource usage: memcached (15470 (Parent PID:15470))
lfd on hosting.mydom.com: Excessive resource usage: redis (31787 (Parent PID:31787))
Pls, help...

Updates / Delta RPMs disabled ....

today I have 5 updates in Yum Manager and I ask to apply....
Package MariaDB-client.x86_64 0:10.1.26-1.el7.centos
Package MariaDB-common.x86_64 0:10.1.26-1.el7.centos
Package MariaDB-devel.x86_64 0:10.1.26-1.el7.centos
Package MariaDB-server.x86_64 0:10.1.26-1.el7.centos
Package MariaDB-shared.x86_64 0:10.1.27-1.el7.centos
but then again shows me that they are available in List of available packages for update ...
By reviewing the information after I apply, at the end I have the following message

I think the panel works with a specific time zone, and the mail server, SQL, file system and everything else that's installed and running under the operating system, in this case Centos 7 works in another time zone ....
My question is whether you've come across a similar case and whether it has been described somewhere to read and check and align the times .... or to provide an option in the panel to check, prioritize, adjust, and synchronize the times ....

Hi, I checked from the menu in the panel and the CWP PHP and the user PHP user have the same Default time zones - Europe/Sofia...
I hope correctly I understood and also checked ...
So, I never understood how to upload pictures here .. I saw the button, but ...
