fist check your mysql by running mysql command as root from the shell and if you don't see any issues then rebuild users config

minimal is OS without any packages installed...you need only core CentOS without any webservers or SQL databases as this all will be installed and configured by CWP

you will need to contact cwp support for that, if that is centos 6 32bit then you will need to migrate to a new OS.

you would need to check where it exist and remove it manually, probably only linux system user exist if you don't see it in the cwp
