Best way is to take screenshots, and then use the Insert Image button below Bold to post the URL link to said image.

The forum does this on some keywords to stop attacks.
Especially when you try to post URL's or certain commands.

Sounds like you narrowed down the problem to NextCloud and it's SSL.

CWP doesn't handle or create that certificate.

Have you tried their support forums?

470
When you create the site, Let's Encrypt creates the SSL for mail also, as long as that box is checked, and by default it is.

But Postfix in CWP is configured to use the hostname for SMTP.

You can still use the domain name for clients.

Not many people look at headers anymore to see the hostname, mostly people look at DKIM now a day.

Are you using WooCommerce?

If so, there is a workaround so you are not leaving your website open to attacks from disabling Mod Security.

CentOS 7 Problems / Re: Website has no address
« on: January 27, 2024, 05:17:54 PM »
The server IP comes back to server.infinityicon.com.

Is this your server?

Or are you trying to point your domain to a hosting account?

Asking because it seems like this server does not recognize the domain names domainsfan.com or masoodapparels.com you are trying to use.

Just curious why a thread from 2016/2017 with CentOS & CWP 6 got revived.

If someone it still trying to use this combo, is probably why the problems, instead of 8.

Well that's a new problem that opens a whole new can of worms.

Information / Re: What happened to CWP
« on: January 24, 2024, 01:00:02 AM »
Ditto. Had problems accessing the forum, and some pages on the main website.
But the CWP panels on the servers where working OK.

Everything seems back to normal, so I'm guessing they where doing maintenance like we all do (or should be doing).

SSL / Re: Unable to issue SSL on one domain

What is the domain name & IP it should be pointing to?
So we can do lookups for you

There is no SSL for your hostname.
Try to get that part fixed, Rebuild the mail server, Restart All the mail services (button on bottom), or you can manually restart Postfix, Dovecot, ClamAV, AMaViS, OpenDKIM, SpamAssassin, and try to send mail again after.

cd /scripts
sh generate_hostname_ssl
sh cwpsrv_rebuild_user_conf

Other than that.

Agreed, setting up a home lab for learning if great, but not for production use.

Forgot about the battery backups & generator.

But then there is the cooling required and noise also.

Other / Re: Paid server management ????
« on: January 22, 2024, 05:07:25 AM »
Totally amazing that specific check boxes outlining services provided with zero ambiguity can still be argued by people that base their livelihood on an industry where even one comma or space makes a difference. ALL the monthly paid support packages clearly state what they offer and nothing I have requested was even close to the edge of this, therefore no interpretation would be necessary.
So how about STOP arguing with FACTS as your opinion seems to als conflict with the clear terms and tasks outlined on their website.

I just quoted the FACTS from the page.

What 'management' are you requesting then?

What specific task you requested, so we all can see if it was or not on that list.

Hence it's hard to interpret anything, since you just post a generic statement that they are not managing your server.

what is the domain name & the base IPv4 of the server?
So we can lookup to see if there are problems.
