Hey Michael, just change the port to something between 20000-60000 and be happy.

If you are talking about the server hostname cwp.xxx.com then you must add the SSL via Server Settings -> Change hostname

You can set any folder you want when you create a domain

If you do not use the server for websites no need to use CWP or another panel. The folders you are talking about are default folders and you cannot do not create them
