they are killing websevers also, many issues recently because of that, maybe block ip ranges with csf
check connections
sh /scripts/net_show_connections
then block ip ranges, this ip is only example:
csf -d 54.104.23.0/24

this can happen only if you have multiple tabs/windows open in the same browser with the differen session id, so simply close all which have cwp open and open new.
note you can have multiple open tabs/windows but all must have the same session id in the URL.

looks like you don't have a quota installed on the server, try to check that from the cwp admin.

you need to check server logs, probably gmail marks it as spam or drops it if your ip is blacklisted or not properly set with dkim,dmarc,spf and hostname

it's installed only when you click on it so nobody is forcing netdata to be installed, also you have uninstaller which was mentioned several times in other topics.

looks like someone is using symlink attack to hack all server websites, you should cleanup the server with experienced system admin or cwp support
