I had the same problem and solved it!

If you upgrade your MySql server to 5.6 , SQL query used in the panel will fail!
To solve this problem:

• Open your PhpMyAdmin
• Open postfix database
• Go to "Structure" tab of "mailbox"  table
• Click on "Change"  next to "name"  column (see pic below)
• Now, Change Default value drop down to "As defined:" and leave the new input box empty
• Save it and create your email account!

This issue is only when you run MYSQL 5.6 on the server.
Fix is coming soon

i had this problem too, but today i'll try to downgrade mysql to 5.5 if 5.6 not support for an email database on cwp

Hi,

I am using CWP I am not able to create email account using root user as well as web user, recently i have upgraded mysql 5.5 to 5.6 so there is any chance to problem with mysql? please help me so solve this problem.

me too unable to add an email account.. are u still unable ?

hi guys, i almost 5 months installed cwp on vps and nothing problem, but today when i want to create an email account,i have no result in list email account. is that sql problem ?? or else ? i had never update before,
plis help ,,

tried but no luck. still see blank list of accounts.

did you able to fix the problem ?
any admin here to help fix this problem ?
Last change on Server: update php 5.6 and Mysql 5.6

dude,i still unable to add email .. i dont know how to fix it,, i tried rebuild mysql with yum update/upgrade mysql-server but no luck..
still waiting for the solutions.. is it problem from mysql database or else

try to rebuild your mail server from CWP.admin maybe that helps.

E-Mail / cannot login roundcube and cannot received mail from outside

Hi all,
im really newbie for this, i have a server and have already domain.. i try installed cwp on my centos 6.6-64bit .. CWP already installed, yesterday i could login into roundcube webmail, but today i cant logging in,
when i try open with outlook or thunderbird. its works but i cant receive mail from anybody.. i already replace smtp port from 25 to 587 .. but still not work..
i really appreciate for your reply..
