Im fighting with backup problems for months!
Tickets opened and nothing is fixed.
Im planning to create another 1 or 2 servers and migrating others but with problems in migrations,I'll not even going to start.

Nothing to do with this issue, but we having problems with backups for months, various updates was released and does not fixed the issue.
This panel is a low-cost panel, and for that reason, there are probably few people working on it, which makes the development and bug fixing process very slow.
It has GREAT features, but need more assistance.
I would like to express my interest in participating in the development or bug fixing of the interface.

SFTP is working when manual backup. Scheduled backup does not work. See my last post above.
SMB didn't test
S3 worked, upload backup file but not delete temp dir after each backup. It delete before all backup is done. You need to have A LOT of space to do backups.
Other methods I didnt test.

Im still facing problems with backup using SFTP.

2026-05-30 05:18:46 Put file from /home/tmp_bak/.backup_temp/userdir/backupfile.tar.gz TO backups/server/full/daily/Saturday/accounts/backupfile.tar.gz

Do you still having problems with admin panel sftp scheduled backup?

The SFTP backup does not connect due an error:
Login Failed: Warning: Permanently added 'xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' (ECDSA) to the list of known hosts. Permission denied, please try again. Received disconnect from xxxx port xxxx:x: too many authentication failures Disconnected from xxxxxx port yyyy
Username and password are correct
Backing up with S3 worked but the /home/tmp_bak/.... does not delete the .tar.gz of username after each backup. I don't let do all backup because im afraid to get a disk full error in home partition disk.
Didn't try other methods.

« on: May 16, 2026, 01:29:27 PM »Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a solution to the problem; since the CWP codes are encrypted with IonCube, I can’t see how they work. Only CWP Support can help us with this, but as far as I can tell, they aren’t currently working on developing the CWP panel. I’ve been using CWP Pro for many years, and unfortunately, they’re going to lose a lot of users this way!
I feel same thing.
CWP is awesome but has a lot of bugs and we don't get this resolved.
We use PRO here too.

None of options worked. FTP, S3, nothing.
Just local file works, but is not my case.
This need attention quickly!
