Problems on other RedHat linux servers / rDNS/PTR = FAILED...

Hi,
the server uses Alma Linux 9, I deleted a user several times due to some problems and now we get to:
rDNS/PTR = FAILED, check with your hosting provider! FAILED
I have talked to my provider, this rDNS worked before when I used Centos 7, now at the beginning with AL 9, but when deleting and creating a new user it was lost?
What should I do?

The server uses Alma Linux 9. Are there any peculiarities in the sequence of settings — Control Web Panel Settings, firewall, mod_security, PHP version, packages, user, domains, server configuration, email clients—I don't know if I'm missing something!! Or what is the general way of setting up the server through the panel?

Hi,
The server use Alma Linux 9, I have completed all the settings, including SSL, and created an email account, I can send and receive messages via the web, but it doesn't work through the email client when I use the corresponding SSL ports, where am I wrong?

ii have recently installed CWP pro on a new Almalinux 9,everything is working fine but when I create a user, I give him a name, password and everything that is necessary, but then when I try to log in through the user account (panel) it gives me an error, what could be the reason?

Hi,

1. Separately, after some time, the CWP returns to my e-mail a message for each attempt to install a certificate that it has failed...
2. Separately in the Anacron job 'cron.daily' ... message I have the following lines:
"Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'baseos':
- Curl error (60): Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates for https://mirrors.almalinux.org/mirrorlist/8/baseos [SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate]
Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'baseos': Cannot prepare internal mirrorlist: Curl error (60): Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates for https://mirrors.almalinux.org/mirrorlist/8/baseos [SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate]"
3. I downgraded the PHP version, now the install button fires but cuts out quickly, and still nothing is done, again no certificate has been installed...
