Is http redirect to https automatic

I was under the assumption that the latest version of CWP created redirect rules automatically for https:

I have apache only configuration.

Do we still have to manually edit each domain  to redirect?

All servers using htaccess to redirect or use your config file (if exist) of each website to redirect to https.
