Try to update CWP with the command /scripts/update_cwp Probably your server lost the connection with CWP authority server.

Open ticket to the support to check the license. I guess you have the license expired or you have blocked CWP servers.

If you are using county blocking, you can't block FR (France) the CWP Servers are located there, block them and licensing and a few other things like Mod Security etc. will not work well.
