The version stays at 1.6

Hi,

Almost always when I log in as root it tells me that there is a new version of the panel, but when I select it it doesn't update, the version stays at 1.6, what should I do and is this normal? I use AL 9.6...

Now I have another problem, the following messages appeared:

and

and separately in the message about the daily backup:
