New Backup does not dump PostgreSQL databases

Hi all!

New backup does not dump PostgreSQL databases and users.
Does somenone facing this issue too?

Another issue is that backups does not remember passwords and does not worked with S3 or FTP/SFTP.
After  so many updates in panel, this feature still does not work as expected.
