403 error on my website on some systems.

I have recently installed CWP on my godaddy VPS server with cent OS 6. I have hosted a website there which works fine but sometimes I start to see 403 Forbidden error
"Forbidden, You don't have permission to access / on this server.". I tried same website in incognito mode of chrome and works fine. Is there any security feature which blocks the website.?

Any help regarding this will be greatly appreciated.

What does the webserver logs say?

Check Apache server Logs at this location and paste it here so we can provide you exact solution.

probably mod_security try checking apache error_log
/usr/local/apache/logs/error_log

I see this error: 'Forbidden, You don't have permission to access / on this server'

as said before only way to know the exact issue is to check the logs file
/usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
