cgconfig not start if CPU limit

Hello
I install cgconfig but not start if I select Enable limit for CPU

if I select memory and disk limit works.

When Memory and Disk limits are enable

systemctl status cgconfig.service

Also I notice if uninstall cgconfig uninstall bind too !
