Incorrect Access

Hi all,
I am now having trouble logging into customer web panel (Admin panel is all OK).
I am getting this message: -
Incorrect Access
Can anyone help me please?

hi
just go to the cwp admin and change the password of this customer to (
Random Password
)
and then with this
RANDOM password
go to the customer web panel and change it from there to whatever you want >>>

i had the same problem so i tried for like more than 4 hours and success at the end
