nginx startup error with 443 port

I have updated nginx today and I can't start it becouse of
[emerg] 26119#0: bind() to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:443 failed (98: Address already in use)

WHy is this error occured - nginx is used in cwp only for 80 proxy ?

nginx if enable now handles SSL also and has support for http2

Yes I needed to switch to Apache only and then switch to apache + nginx
But there is a problem with htaccess right now.
I check in apache htaccess is connection is https if not - redirect to https
With nginx enabled I get redirect over and over

http2 is suported by nginx or/and apache by default now after last cwp update ?
