MySQL Manager gaps
« on: March 31, 2017, 09:49:03 PM »
I'm rather surprised a couple very basic capabilities are missing from CWP for account users (non-root) within MySQL Manager.

Users should be able to both a) add existing database-users to a database, and b) reset or change a database-user's password.  I don't want CWP users to have to bug me for either of those changes, they should be able to do it themselves.

Is it possible to do those two things but I'm missing something?

my opinion: CWP is not suitable for commercial usage(web hosting or reseller), but it is really good for you to manage your own server. So don't expect too much from client management features.

complete new cwp user interface is in the build process and will come soon next month...you will be surprised with the new options and possibilities beating the best commercial control panels in almost all fields (and we will remain free), we will do our best to have the best control panel and with the highest security....yes new security improvements (in many fields) are also coming.

This is a very big project which should be released in the next month.
