Cant connect mail with OUTLOOK

Hello everyone!

So far  i have tryed  almost everything, but none succeeded, just cant connect my mail via outlook. Error is:
"An encrypted connection to your mail server is not available"

I know it my caused by invalid hostname, but my hostname is set propely and has cert for it. all net tools shows green, mxtoolbox, ssl checker, leaf etc etc all of them shows no errors what so ever.
 I have 2 domains - one is my main domain with subdomain as hostname and a records are done also it is my nameservers domain, 2nd domain is my main website. Eveything works fine, cant recive and sent mail through roundcube and tested built in windows mail - working fine, but Outlook wont work.

What else i can do? Please help!

Can you send/receive email using 'none' security setting as the setup in Outlook? This should tell you if the issue is the SSL or other set up.

What mail server name are you using in your Outlook settings? If your using mail.yourdomainname.com then I think you might need a SSL set up on mail.yourdomainname.com

My outlook is fresh install, so its first time acccount set up, unencrypted didnt work as well.

I did tried manually POP3 and this time got this error "Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP)."

I am not really sure what should be my outgoing mail server as it should be same
