Google Compute Engine mail problem.
« on: December 19, 2016, 07:45:09 PM »
Hello, good day!

First at all i would like to explain the problem. I have CWP installed on a Google Compute Engine Instance and all my domains are set on Google Cloud DNS, everything is in Google Cloud Services. All my pages are working correctly but my problem is that i can't send, receibe or manage any mail in my server and that's because google restricts many things.

- Everytime i reboot server, the hostname renames automatically to instance's default name (hostname by google: kinkyhome).
    My actions:
       * I did a script that renamed the hostname everytime the server reboot (hostname by me: srv1.kinkyhome.com ).
       * Configured Postfix with my hostname, rebuild mail services and installed the mail plugins.
       * Set the hostname on /ets/hosts ponting to according ip.
       * Configured the DNS on Google Cloud DNS.
    But nothing worked.

- Google Compute Engine does not allow outbound connections on ports 25, 465, and 587. https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/tutorials/sending-mail/
    My actions:
       * Followed everything on this tutorial https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/tutorials/sending-mail/using-mailgun

But still i can't send or receive any email in any domain (I have multiple domains).
All my sites works perfect but this email problem it's freaking me out.

I have a shortest instance with other ip and other domain, i did not configured anything there (default instance hostname, no dns adittional setup and no mail services rebuilds) and i can receive mails so i don't know what im doing wrong here.

I would be so glad for any help, or if someone have done this (mail work property) in Google Compute Engine and can help me i can pay for the personal assistance.

Thank you so much to everyone and sorry for my terrible english!
