Mail routing for main domain

Hello All,

I noticed the main domain associated with a user account is not showing up in mail routing, is this normal?

I need a users main domain to be routed off the server and mail not delivered locally, is there an easy way to do this?

mail routing in cwp.admin doesn't work for you ?

IP:2030/admin/index.php?module=mx_routing

It is working for all my add-on domains, but not the primary domains associated with the user accounts. They do not show up.

then probably there is no any existing email account for that domains, you should try to check this with your system admin as you would need to check postfix logs to trace where and why emails go.


From shell start tail on the log file by using this command
tail -f /var/log/maillog

Yes, when I created a samle@mydomain.com mailbox, I had available the option to CHANGE to REMOTE mail exchanger in my IP:2030/admin/index.php?module=mx_routing
