Does quota set for a plan include traffic used for mail and ftp ?

Not really. Quota it is only disk quota for user's home directory.
Email have another folders and do not count here.

Thx - which Data is Count in Option Quota? Only Webspace? And if so, will it be changed  or extended to Database and Mail ... too?

Quota it is only disk quota for user's home directory.
And yes, we have it in a plans.

Unfortunately no. The team works on CentOS 7 support.
