URGENT: CWP Pro deactivated before expiration – renewed twice – production serve

Hello,

I need urgent assistance with my CWP Pro license.

My license was supposed to expire on September 23, 2026, but it is already inactive.

I renewed and paid for the license in August, before the expiration date.

Today, September 14, I paid for the license again because it was still not active.

I have therefore paid twice, and the license is still not showing as Active.

Server IP: 82.197.66.21

The server has been checked:

CWP detects the correct public IP.
/scripts/update_cwp completes successfully.
PHP and ionCube are working.
CWP Security Audit is clean.

I have already contacted Support, Billing and Contact without receiving a response.

This is a production hosting server with important customers, and this issue is affecting my service.

Please urgently restore/activate my CWP Pro license and review the duplicate payments.

I can provide invoices and payment confirmations privately to CWP staff.

You may have to restart the panel to see it active:

This will give you some time to continue to work with CWP (They do reply, depending on how many tickets they have) to resolve the issue.

Thanks for your assistance. I started reporting the issue a month ago. 30 tickets submitted, ZERO response. My service shows as "Cancelled," yet it wasn't due to expire until September 23, 2026. No one is replying to me, and no one is resolving the problem.

I have five servers, and I’m not one to bother Support with tickets, but this time, the lack of a response—the failure to resolve the issue—worries me.

And this is the problem with multiple posts in different forums.

The other one Jose has responded to, which I guess we will keep active.
