Help with configuration

Hello guys! im new with all this
Im triying to install a woocommerce with a theme i buy in themeforest.

I was able to install the CWP and Wordpress. However when I try to import the demo of the theme, it can't because it sends me some ajax errors. I contacted the theme support but they tell me that the error is on the server because it is not properly configured.

Yes i dot that, and for testing i just increase, but not solved

disable your ads block

block ads disabled, open in new browser, deleted cookies, etc
Not working 

i just realize that was inside wp-admin

just try disable other unrelated plugin
