SSL Connect Error Libcurl - Help

Hello,

I've just installed this panel and I use glype proxy script, when browsing SSL websites I get:

The requested resource could not be loaded. libcurl returned the error:
SSL connect error

Usually I just install curl via ssh using this RPM:
rpm -Uvh http://www.city-fan.org/ftp/contrib/yum-repo/city-fan.org-release-1-12.rhel6.noarch.rpm
yum install libcurl

But its saying error 404 not found, can anyone help me get this working please?
