E-Mail / Email goes into spam

I did mail-tester test and my email score 2.6/10 and here are the issues

anyone who can help me with this ?
I am using cwp emails
I did add dkin from dkim manager and tried rebuilding mail server but still same score

anyone here?

can you post hte login url?
mask the domain by using domain.com

Hi sorry,

the users created by cwp have no shell default.
You should do this:
Login as root using ssh

Code: [Select]

passwd user
And enter a new password twice.

Can you confirm that htis works?

I was able to change the password but when I try to login then same error like before

change it using ssh and try again.

Log in using ssh as root.
Then su username
then passwd

Enter the new password twice and try if this works.
And are you sure your are trying to login to the user control panel and not the admin one?

I tried it says user doesn't exists

the best would be that you don't use special characters as this could cause an issue.
Try using only a-z A-Z 0-9 combinations  or something like this
https://www.random.org/passwords/?num=5&len=12&format=html&rnd=new

I changed the password from web panel and still my user account new password is not working.

any idea?
