name server configuration is wrong
http://wiki.centos-webpanel.com/how-to-setup-name-servers
create a subdomain which you want to use as name server and assign ip to each name servers.
Don’t forget that this NameServer must be registered with your domain registrar or they will not work!!! (add child name server to your domain dns)
