You question has nothing to do with the CWP bug. You are offtopic!
All hosting companies accept Paypal.
Paypal can't be verified without a credit/debit card or for US citizens with a bank account. It's mean you can't use that paypal until you have at least one credit/debit card linked or for US bank account linked.
Insted of dumb PayPal try Skrill. If you can get/buy PaySafeCard (let's say in your local store) then you can deposit money to Skrill account with PaySafeCard coupons. Then just use Skrill to make payment for hosting services.

Did anyone tried phpseclib on CWP based server?
I can't connect to remote servers using phpseclib, but connection to local host works fine.
Tested with few remote servers using different OS.
There must be something related to the CWP because non-cwp servers can connect to remote servers.
Im using PHP7.2 and phpseclib 2.0.

You can leave it as-is. There shouldn't be any problems since it's default CWPs setup.

Folders have to be 0755 and files 0644. Instead of 0750 you can block direct access to folders with htaccess.

That's true. I agree with that.
That's the main reason I'm using CWP, because for a lot of things I don't have to login to ssh/ftp to manage something since almost everything is(can be) available inside CWP's web ui, that's also reason why I made few modules for it so I can avoid using consoles almost completely.

Stil, that has nothing to do with CWP it self since all 3rdParty apps can be managed manually if you know what to do and what to change.
