MySQL / MySQL database create issue on MariaDB 10.4

Hello.
I have updated MariaDB from 10.1 to 10.4.
From cpanel (user account) I can not create database. I can't confirm is this issue exist on 10.1 too.
From whm (root) I can.

The setup script assumes your vhost config files are located in /etc/nginx/sites-available/ and each vhost config file ends with a file extension of .vhost
In CWP it is located in /etc/nginx/conf.d/vhosts/ and have .conf extension so how is it possible to work with CWP ?

In postfix this is posible from 3.4 version with SNI support.
Earlier versions need to reconfigure and use different IP's for all domains.

I have error:
Failed at step EXEC spawning /opt/alt/php-fpm73/usr/sbin/php-fpm: Permission denied
After rebuild it working some time and then stop. I need to rebuild it again.

At one serwer /etc/resolv.conf had different entry
I repleaced it with
nameserver 8.8.8.8
nameserver 8.8.4.4
and now everything working

Hello
I have 2 VPS from 2 different companies with fresh Centos 7 64bit install.
I installed CWP in the same way on both on this serwer
On one I PHP Selector 2 and PHP-FPM selector works great.
On second when I checked the /usr/local/src folder I found all the php sh files are blank.
Any idea ?

Apache / Fresh install apache error

I have fresh CWP install on Centos 7.
Apache running ok.
Then I change webserwer to: Apache + nGinx
After that I can not start Apache
I get error
systemd: Starting Web server Apache...
apachectl: httpd: Syntax error on line 512 of /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf: Syntax error on line 2 of /usr/local/apache/conf.d/rpaf.conf: Cannot load modules/mod_rpaf.so into server: /usr/local/apache/modules/mod_rpaf.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
systemd: httpd.service: control process exited, code=exited status=1
systemd: Failed to start Web server Apache.
systemd: Unit httpd.service entered failed state.
systemd: httpd.service failed.
Apache running ok.

On setting new password page we have:
Change of password
Complete the required fields to make the password change
two fileds for entering passwords
and Change password button.
When clicked change password button there is made GET connection to /login page without sending any params.
It can't work. 100% it is broken.
