Migration from other control panels / Re: Migrating from Cpanel - Email forwarders not migrated
« on: August 25, 2019, 02:10:08 AM »Hello,
When trying to migrate an account from Cpanel, the email forwarders are not being migrated.
Is this feature available in the CPanel to CWP migration? Will it be considered in near future?
In our Cpanel accounts we have a lot of accounts with email forwarders and creating it by hand is a lot of work.
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Bruno Morais
Hello, it will be available in our next update

CentOS 7 Problems / Re: cPanel Migration Tool is not working stops at backup
« on: August 25, 2019, 01:06:37 AM »cPanel migration will bring an extra issue of file permissions. If you are good at command line, do the below
1. Create all users in CWP
2. Compress data of each user in public_html
3. Download that compressed file by going to cd /home/<user>/public_html by using wget <url>/file.zip
4. Uncompress there or goto Advanced File Manager of CWP and uncompress from there
This could take around 5 mins per user. If db exists, then some extra time.
Have you checked the root permissions for the cpanel api?

Migration from other control panels / Re: Migrate Cpanel accounts to CWP though new feature
« on: August 22, 2019, 12:17:41 AM »Hello,
We updated CWP today and we found the new feature "Migrate all Cpanel server accounts", but when we putting all infomation needed on camps and clicked in Test and Save we got the failed message "Connection not reached The following error occurred", someone can help me please?
The information used in camps are correct and we are use CWP Pro version
Regards
This can happen for several things, please check the following:
- That your Cpanel server allows ssh connections
- That your Cpanel apikey have root privileges
- That the IP address of your CWP server is allowed in the cPanel server firewall.
Taking into account all these recommendations you should reach the connection to your cPanel server without problem and the process should continue
For more information please consult our documentation
