Hello,

We updated CWP today and we found the new feature "Migrate all Cpanel server accounts", but when we putting all infomation needed on camps and clicked in Test and Save we got the failed message "Connection not reached The following error occurred", someone can help me please?

The information used in camps are correct and we are use CWP Pro version

This can happen for several things, please check the following:

- That your Cpanel server allows ssh connections
- That your Cpanel apikey have root privileges
- That the IP address of your CWP server is allowed in the cPanel server firewall.

Taking into account all these recommendations you should reach the connection to your cPanel server without problem and the process should continue

having same issue.

I have clear /etc/passwd and /etc/shadow, regenerate backup file from cpanel and make sure domain still active.

Did not work

Check the following

- The new user exists in /etc/shadow
- The new user exists in /etc/passwd
- The new user exists in /etc/group
- There is a directory with the name of the user in /home/

I would like to create some scripts to use the API to create accounts/emails etc. But I'm not finding the API manual link.

I have build and upgrade from php 7.0.33 to php 7.1.31 and everything works fine except the fact that everytime i try to login in CWP user panel is just refreshing the page. Assuming that might be an error that is not shown. I am not a php developer.

You can confirm if this user owns the protected directory?

You can solve this problem using this command

Just tried setting up an Autorepsonder in CWPpro version: 0.9.8.864 and it cuts off the message after the first line.

Any siggestions?

the same shit, will there be problems with each interface update? i am very disappointed, i thought this problem was solved, why do you do the updates and they are not tested? it's all bullshit what's going on, you probably have a lot of cwppro sold, don't you think those customers are using servers on production? you test your platform on customers directly and then fix the problems.

Please indicate if the error continues, which version of CPW do you have intact?

I have the same problem and I do not receive any type of error message, just reload the log in page and do not enter. The access data is correct.

Can you confirm that the user's account has an associated package?

I have been testing CWPpro, and in my opinion is the best free platform at the moment to replace cPANEL.

We know that developing a good platform takes effort and money.

The reseller option on the panel has been in development for many years and we have no return it is never finalized.

It would be interesting for our community to fund the improvement of this panel, not only the reseller addon, but also security as a whole.

Why doesn't this channel create an x-value donation page to release the reseller addon and future donation pages or even raise the price of CWPpro so you can increase your development team?

what I see is a wonderful panel, easy to install but it is a bit of a new feature release, if the issue is money I think you should think of a quick way to raise funds, I'm sure that I and others are willing to help.

Hello,
I have purchased two One-Time services and have send you two tickets for that. But the problem remains.

I can not see the domains in accounts and I can not add Domain and/or Subdomain in CWP accounts.

The same is happening at mSql also. Please help.

At least is there any bug report page where we can see that indeed this is a bug before spending hours to try to figure it out what is wrong and pulling our hair out ?  So when some thing is wrong we do not have to rush to there?
