It seems that these DBs come from our cpanel migration, please go to the following file and only leave the accounts that their username has more than 8 characters, the others remove them from this file

You can try to rebuild the webserver, by the option webserver settings -> select webserver -> button save & rebuild Configuration, nothing more!
