From what I can notice in the registry, there seems to be a directory with username / public_html
I recommend you check that this does not exist in addition to the username does not exist in the following files

I would recommend, VPS with different IP, perform the migration and then change to your final ip the new vps, after that restructure the vhost, and all should work
