you can generate new ssl by change hostname option be sure hostname should have a valid A dns record set just hit the change hostname and after the successful SSL installation from LE you need restart pure ftpd service

Centos web panel, why is it encrypted? You say that some sites have open source code but all codes is encrypted.
Are you doing data theft? or something different?
How can you prove that our data are safe?
Maybe you have a hide account on our server and you can login with this account.
Why are you hiding codes?
If something is free, the product is actually you!
and we don't hide account.

As I see there is no configuration for TLS in FTP config file.
This should be fixed by CWP developers.
