HI , im using ip public static with router. why in cwp not showing ip public as server ip ?

DNS / Nameserver not resolve in fresh cwp

My freeh instalation with nameserver default cwp not resolv, is this because wrong router setting  ?

i am using freenom , my domain is shipnet.gq ,
already register nameserver too ns1.shipnet.gq and ns2.shipnet.gq

my prob :
1. in fresh instalation cwp , dns is ns1.centos-webpanel.com and ns2.centos-webpanel.com thats dns is not resolve in my cwp.
should not this be resolve to 54.36.136.192 and 167.114.21.225. why not resolve ? .

I try to using nameserver ns1.shipnet.gq and ns2.shipnet.gq using ip 182.253.107.66 , i am setting dns file ns1.shipnet.gq  and ns2.shipnet.gq with add :

ns1 14400 IN A 182.253.107.66
ns2 14400 IN A 182.253.107.66

btw , i am already add user with domain shipnet.gq in cwp

2. my hostname problem is "rDNS/PTR = FAILED, check with your hosting provider!"? i am already setting permanent hostname srv.shipnet.gq. and i already edit dns file shipnet.gq with add line srv.shipnet.gq 14400 IN A 182.253.107.66. still not resolve


This is my info in bottom of dashboard CWP

NS1: ns1.shipnet.gq | IP:127.0.0.1 [Change]
NS2: ns2.shipnet.gq | IP:127.0.0.1 [Change]
Server IP: 192.168.10.254 | srv.shipnet.gq --> Showing IP local

btw i am using router and already sett dnt nat and src nat in winbox

this is my problem too, hostname problem same with this post and another problem is dns not resolve.
i am already set permanent hostname. but still not fixed.

I am freelancer and I have installed CWP more than 500 times and this only happens when CWP required ports are not opened in the firewall.

Like I forgot to enable 2031, 2030, 21, 2083, 2082, 2304, 443, 80, etc.. ports in firewall and this happened.

how to enable thats port
