How to / [HELP] Upgrade Apache,phpMyAdmin,suPHP,MySQL

Please add feature or please tell how to update the following..

As all clients want's new versions of the update and being a good and awsome panel its a bit necessary to add those updates .. Please help me..

Server Available Version :

Apache version: Apache/2.2.31
MySQL version: 5.1.73
suPHP Version : 0.7.1
phpMyAdmin Version : 4.0.8

Latest Build Available :

Apache version: 2.4.20
MySQL version: 5.7+
suPHP Version : 0.7.2
phpMyAdmin Version : 4.6.2

It will be better if you can post a tutorial or provide an update to the script to update the following..CWM is outdated with these as of now...

I have an issue with phpmyadmin.

I can't access phpmyadmin through http://my_ip/phpMyAdmin/index.php
The error is 'The requested URL /phpMyAdmin/index.php was not found on this server.'

Apache version: Apache/2.2.31
PHP version: 7.1.0-dev
MySQL version: 5.1.73
FTP version: 1.0.36

CentOS-WebPanel Bugs / New Email Accounts are not getting updated in DB

I tried to reinstall the panel also manually installed the RoundCube mail but all emails I am trying to add in the CentOS Web panel is not getting updated in DB , Roundcube >> users .. but the email id's are getting updated in postfix mailbox..

Please help me with the issue

all installed fine.. but phpMyAdmin page is not found or is not installed...

please help me to fix it.. centos 64bit

EDIT : Rebuild Apache Fixed the Issue
