I think this is a configuration error in the reverse zone file, check if periods (.) present in the A record or not.

You can whitelist your PHP script by adding fullpath in below file, or you can also add user to ignore files in ownership of a particular user.

Did you try 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost in your PHP code?
