Magento Security Scan - Issues found - discontinue TLSv1.0 support

I received an email from Magento who perform regular security scans on some of our sites. The scan is informing us that

Your server supports TLSv1.0. Please update your configuration to discontinue TLSv1.0 support

How do I do that?
