Questions here in the forum should be answered within 24 hours, and who already in the forum a forum answer at least a reference to the link.
It can not tackle, which collects your donation and allows users to wait more than 3 months for an answer. Just to sell your Pro Support. I find something like blackmail and that is not good for such a project. You deserve to be very happy with hosting and other projects.
