I paid for my license in August, yet my server's Pro license was cancelled. I’ve submitted 10 tickets, and NO ONE is answering me... I have 5 servers running this panel, but it seems they are no longer reliable. I’ve been asking for a fix for a month now, and I have clients on my servers. I might have to consider migrating if they can't resolve these issues. The billing department is non-existent! Take note—you’ve been warned. And now they're telling me I have to pay again.
