Subdomain are getting 500 Internal Server Error

Hi,

Any subdomains are created getting "500 Internal Server Error" the document root is /public_html/subdomain
Looking on to the logs i can see "home/domain/public_html/.htaccess: SSLOptions not allowed here"
Why subdomains are referring to .htaccess of root domain ?

I have many problems after last update.
1. 500 Internal Server Error
2. Can not add new domains
3. New cron jobs not started

If you migrate this account from WHM/cPanel or others please delete sub domain from CWP and recreate.
