Trouble logging in to the control panel

This morning I tried to log in to the control panel, but the result is

500 . error

To be sure, I have two servers with the same system, and both are off
The reason for this error is that I cannot access the manager or client control panel, nor can I edit


I want a quick solution, all updates give us errors!!!!!!!!!
