you have quota set for wrong partition,
if you have /home then you need to set it for /home partition and you have set it for /boot  ?????

Administrator

you can check more about inode's on the wiki
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inode

you can check package name for each account when you click on the list accounts in the CWP.
