Is it not possible to open empty files after creating them??

Simply creating an empty file—for example, named "index.html"—and clicking the "edit" button results in an error message; this means that empty files cannot be edited via the CWP user panel.
Yes, appears to be a bug in the code editor.
Empty files return that PHP error. We need to wait for the CWP team to fix it.
In the meantime, if you want create a new file, just copy from other one and rename it or upload one with random text in it.
(is not the best, but it works for now)
