CWP File Manager in Account has disappeared

I created account within CWP for a website; Previously created accounts have File Manager but newly created account does not have File Manager along with some other missing functions, I simply deleted and re-created account but still there's not file manager account in domain's account.
Can anyone please advise what's the possible reason and how to fix it?
