Allow clients to change their DNS zones

Can I enable client accounts the permission to change their own DNS zone?

no on the server, but they can use something like FreeDNS so that they can edit DNS zones

I think this option is a basic option. We all need this. How much to implent this ?
We need to know here, else I no choice to switch.

that isn't easy as any configuration error which user can do will stop your dns servers.

But can you setup your bind or juste don't let the possibility for the end user to make error. Like no access to manuelly edit the file like other panel ?
