Restore email backup

Hey, please forgive my ignorance I am new with CWP.
How to restore a vmail backup (round cube) ?
Is there any integrated automatic function on CWP or should I try with some commands?

all depends on what you exactly want to restore, probably the best is to use rsync, email location is /var/vmail
