I agree on that also, CWP is (headed) for a great union..
but some* of these updates, etc.. and some staff, may need some help.
I like CWP, really..
have been with it for over 2 years..
it's been improved, drastically!
there is just *some* small issue that creates a VERY big Hole..
unfortunately..
Hope it gets cleared up, soon.

i agree!
i have actually PAID support to ssh in and fix it.. it worked, then after the other upgrade, .866, it Failed (again!)..
all t hey suggested was to reset the root_mysql pass.. that doesn't help..
Sandeep, and Igor have been the only ones to actually seem to work this problem,
but it hasn't been stable through the updates.. :/

cant start mysql..
as it is it has to run in mysqld_safe --skip-grant -tables
but that is not the correct way..
i have reset mysql_root pwd..
have had this happen a lot over the last couple of upgrades.
any sugestions?

I have made a backup of ibdata1, ib_logfile0, and ib_logfile1..
tried restarting, still doesnt work..

I'm still trying to work this out.. it has something to do with the mySQL/Database (i think),
i got my Panel, and SOftaculous back, but my SQL Server still wont load, i have to run it in mysqld_safe.
support said to 'reset' mysql password, that doesn't help, not me anyways, ive tried that..
its been a real pain..

i'll be happy to post more later, when/if i can narrow it down to a solution.. :/

you're not the only one, believe me.
mine was fixed via support 2 days ago,
another update happened, and its all broken (again)
mySQL wont start for me, user panel down, etc.. :/

sorry i cant help. i didnt fix it, I had to get support to.
they didnt tell me what they did.. they should include that in myopinon though!
although, its all back to broken *again*.. there was another 'update'..
apparently. :/

well, i looked into it, something was wrong with the MySQL, i managed to restore it.. for now at least..
and returned my databases, which in turn, made CWP_Panel correct, which in turn fixed CWP_User..
it is now showing correctly.. the datainfo, mysql database USE, and Domains, again, at least for now.
also, it is showing correctly Softaculous, instead of teh dreaded Fantastico F3...
so... i'll leave this here.. just in case someone else stumbles upon this "issue"..
i rebooted, restarted ALL services, and restored a backup.. seems* to be functioning as I intended it to now.
I will revoke my Support Ticket..

did CWP just completely remove option to have Softaculous, i had installs and paid for that service.. 
Besides the new CWP "Fantastico F3", does not load .. isn't that cPanel? I dont have cPanel, been with CWP for 2 years now.....
how can i keep or at best still access my Softaculous end-user panel?

i added a new package, changed it to that package
I also 'updated' the user account (rebuild it).
nothing.. USER Panel just "hangs"..
can't log in.

The update package option did not allow me to change the package via the drop-down.. it just says "Package: [Choose]" but has no "options" to Chose from.. although i have 3 different packages available..

CentOS 7 Problems / CWP User Panel "Hangs" (cant log in)

Hi,
My CWP USER/Client Panel "hangs" when i try to log in.
It just says "Please Wait!" .. but never logs me in.
I tried creating new users to test, and they also do not log in.
Also, There was a brief 'warning message' on top about this, but it dissapeared. ? :/
Any suggestions?
Is it permissions?
Should I 'edit' and re-save my account? (hoping that wont destroy anything?)

Then do any edit of an account there.. and then choose [update].
I get locked out.
I just made a new account, i could log into the User Panel fine.

After most recent .9.8.856 update my CWP USER Panel is not allowing any login..
It just refreshes the screen and returns to the login prompt..
If i create a new User Account, that works, but none of my original ones are allowing login.
Please Advise.
I have ran sh /scripts/update_cwp
refreshed servers
cleared cache on browsers
tried 3 different browsers.
have made no other changes.
server has been up and running for 300+ days straight now..
