multi server install?

Not sure if this is possible with CWP.

I would like to *try* & install CWP on say, 3 servers. 1 as master hosting main website & sql root, then 1 with DBs & mail then another with user sites & maybe ftp. I dont mind altering layout of servers, was just wondering if it is possible?

yes it is possible but you will need to configure it manually.
