Hello,

I am using CWP 0.9.8.10 on a 32bit centos 6 VPS. Recently i've installed softaculous extension from CWP admin panel (script installer > script manager). After installation I was able to see a bunch of open source platform in /var/softaculous directory. I could also see cron jobs being executed daily with a few post fix errors which were related to softaculous updates.

The issue is when I try to access softaculous from either admin side (script installer > softaculous) or client side (file manager > softaculous) / or via dashboard. It routes me to https://x.x.x.x:2031/softaculous which then ends up to CWP login page. I've tried to login in the new window and repeat the same steps but end up in the same login page.

I would really appreciate if someone can help me rectify this issue.

Thanks in advance & apologies for my bad english.

I contacted Softaculous. The have a patch for it which solves the problem for the moment.
(it is only one file which needs to be replaced)

You can downlad the file here https://jumpshare.com/v/thBOIUjsxOstFUNBYS5S

It is gzipped you have to unzip it.

You have to replace /usr/local/cwp/softaculous/index.php with the index.php of the gzipped file.

Make sure you first make a copy of the original index.php

Good luck!

It is a temporary one. I have been told that in the next release of Softaculous this will be fixed.

Does it work for you too?

Haven't tested it yet. Will do a test tomorrow as my server is running through some maintenance work today. Will post the feedback.

You welcome crakrz. This forum is great, we as community can help each other.
In the meantime the programmers of CWP are coding :)
