Unauthorised web access
« on: June 25, 2019, 01:59:48 PM »
When I try to access Softaculous via admin panel, I get the following error: "Unauthorised web access". This is happening on a two different servers, both running CWPpro version 0.9.8.836.

I also get the same error when trying to access Softaculous via user panel.

Any ideas what might be causing this? I remember receiving an update notice from Softaculous last friday to version 5.2.3.

I backed up my Softaculous settings according to this guide https://softaculous.com/wiki/index.php/Reinstall and then I uninstalled it via CWP.

After installing it back it started working again.

I did the manual fix as suggested here, worked for a few days, but I'm getting again the same message "Unauthorised web access".

CWPpro version: 0.9.8.842

I'm wondering if there will be a permanent fix soon.

What else should be checked when there is a clear message that softaculous is expired.
