Backup Manager Beta is not remembering password in destination and will not do an automatic BU, but re typing in the password will allow you to do a manual BU.

Manual backup work.

There are recurrent problems with backup these last updates.

With every update, something breaks.

I find if I enter password and update and leave CWP panel open it will auto BU. I am going to maybe leave CWP URL/Panel open in browser 24/7 after next Destination update and see if that helps.

Leaving your Control Web Panel tab open does not improve core server performance, but it keeps an active browser session and live AJAX polling connection alive to continuously refresh dashboard data and resource metrics.

Maybe this helps keeping the FTP Destination password.

Confirmation that leaving CWP open in browser  and pinning it to the tab bar (chrome) that auto BU works for 3rd day in a row.

Done that, connection test succeeds, settings saved, but login during back up fails
